Development Partner Scheme

The Developmental Partner Scheme is an initiative operated by IQM by which we work closely with a client with the objective of developing a new product that is exactly to the specification of the intended user. By having a strong relationship with a client we are able to maintain a constant stream of dialogue which allows us to accurately tailor adjustments to improve the experience of the end user. Clients participating in the Developmental Partner Scheme are often offered a discount on the solution that they help IQM build.

Throughout the planning and construction of a new solution, a partner works with the development team, providing their specific expertise within the scope of a project to make sure the outcome is as relevant to the context within which the system will operate as possible. This relationship with an experienced member of an industry provides valuable insight, not only into the intended environment of the solution, but also for the users themselves. These users will often be people the developmental partner has grown familiar with in his or her daily activities, and wants to make sure they have the most pleasant experience interacting with the system as possible.

Having this kind of interactive relationship with a client makes it easier for IQM to build a picture of the working environment into which the solution must be integrated, this is essential in creating a robust system.
